Addictions

Hi blog readers! (I hope such things exist :D )
For today, I brought you an other topic again I love to talk about in the helping-people matter. About addictions.
There are different types of addictions, actually, I usually say that there are two different groups, serious and not serious ones. The not serious ones are the ones what aren't affect your life that much, like addiction to music, chocolate, scents, TVseries, etc. Of course, they also can be serious if someone breakes their usual routine for them and starts to act very differently if they can't get them. in this case it can be counted to the next group, the serious ones. the most known are drugs, alcohol, selfharm, sex, dieting or not eating and so on.
This post is for those who fight with addictions that actually affect their life as much that they should get rid of it. I want to show support, because you can do it. Just start with a litle goal first and if you accomlished it, you know that you can do it. don't want to reach big things at once. And if you feel the craving coming back, just remember: it's not you it's the addiction. You can win. You are strong. And this goes for not only the addictions but if you're want to accomplish something. Everything that holds you back, the feeling that you can't do it, it's not real. You can do t. I believe in you and I know that so much other people also do. You are strong enough.
Always remember this when fighting with somethings you want to get rid of or you want toreach your goal.
